Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 40 ml milk
  • 40 ml brown rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

with almonds and rum

Crush the cornflakes slightly, but not too finely. Melt the chocolate with the milk and rum in a double boiler. While still hot, mix with the cornflakes and almonds. Form small mounds and place on baking paper or a plate. Let them chill for a few hours until firm.
