Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g cornflakes
- 100 g Kadayif dough strands (angel hair) *
- 25 g butter
- 450 g white chocolate
- 6 tbsp pistachio cream
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- e.g. dark chocolate
- n. B. Pistachios, chopped and whole for decoration

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
You have to try them!
Lightly fry the angel hair in a pan with butter until golden brown. Then let it cool. Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Combine the cornflakes, fried angel hair, melted white chocolate, pistachio cream, and tahini in a large bowl. Melt the dark chocolate and decorate the crossies with it. Decorate with chopped and whole pistachios. Let the crossies harden completely before serving. * Kadayif (angel hair/taze kadayif) is available in Turkish supermarkets, among other places.
