Preheat the oven and arrange the TUCs on a baking sheet or a square baking dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the brown sugar. Stir well and let it cook for a few minutes. It should form a caramel-like consistency. You may need to add a little more sugar. In the meantime, chop or grate the chocolate. Spread the brownish caramel mixture evenly and generously over the TUCs. You have to be quick, as it will quickly harden and solidify again. Place the baking sheet or dish in the oven at 175°C for a maximum of 5 minutes. Then sprinkle the chocolate over the top and cover with aluminum foil. You can also buy chocolate glaze from the supermarket. Wait a few minutes until the chocolate has melted and then spread it evenly. Finally, sprinkle the nuts on top. Let everything cool slightly and then refrigerate, preferably overnight, but 2-3 hours is enough. At the end, simply break some of it up to create smaller pieces. Serve and enjoy. Alternative: If you don’t like the salty contrast to the sweetness, you can also use butter cookies.
