Chocolate Cubes

  • 350 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 1 Msp Vanilla pulp
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Chocolate powder
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate shavings Vollmich
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Margarine and breadcrumbs for the tray

Topping

  • 0,5 packet Whole milk couverture
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate shavings white
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chunks Whole Milk from RUF
  • Paper cases
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and margarine until creamy. Add eggs one by one and keep stirring. Stir in the chocolate powder, rasps and milk and spread on a baking tray. Bake at 160 ° for 25 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Heat the couverture in a water bath, cover the cake with it and immediately sprinkle the chocolate shavings and the chunks on top (when the couverture is cold, it no longer sticks), let it cool down again.
  3. Cut the cake into cubes and serve. It can also be served in muffin paper cases. I apologize for the poor quality of my photos.
