Chocolate Cupcakes with White Chocolate Topping

muffins
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 125 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 20 g Cocoa powder
- 100 g Soft butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 80 Milliliters Milk
Topping
- 150 g Chocolate white
- 300 g Cream cheese
- 12 Mocha beans

- Preparation: Melt the dark chocolate in a hot water bath. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat)! Spread paper liners in muffin tin.
- In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Each egg takes about 2 minutes to create a frothy egg mixture! Fold the melted dark chocolate into the egg mixture. Gradually stir in the flour mixture and milk! Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes on the 2nd rack from the bottom! Let cool completely after baking!
Topping
- Melt the white chocolate in a hot water bath. Let cool a little and fold into the cream cheese. Spread over the cooled muffins with a piping bag. Decorate with a mocha bean!
