Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g cornstarch
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coffee
  • 2 bars of chocolate, bitter
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine the flour and cornstarch and knead in. Stir the coffee and cocoa powder into the dough. Form the dough into small balls, press a piece of chocolate into each ball, and bake the cookies. Once cooled, cover with chocolate glaze.
