Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 11 minutes; Total time approx. 31 minutes

Makes 8 slices. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan (double boiler, bain-marie) over low heat. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, flour, and melted chocolate. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking pan. Bake in the oven for 10-11 minutes. The chocolate cake will not be fully cooked when removed from the oven. Let it cool; it will firm up a bit.
