Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • possibly cake icing made from chocolate or powdered sugar with lemon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

original French cake

Weigh the eggs. Measure the same weights of sugar, butter, and flour as the three eggs. Make a batter and add the baking powder. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. If desired, you can also top the cake with chocolate glaze or lemon glaze (made with powdered sugar and lemon juice).
