Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), untreated; juice and peel
  • 225 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g double cream
  • 2 tbsp brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious with fruit and cookies!!

First, heat the orange juice and zest in a saucepan. Then, melt the chopped chocolate while stirring. Stir in the double cream and blend until smooth. Finally, fold in the brandy. Pour the chocolate cream into a fondue pot and keep it warm and liquid over a tea light (or chafing dish). Serve with peeled, sliced ​​fruit (best sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown) and biscuits. Tip: If children are involved, simply omit the brandy.
