Chocolate Fruit Cake

  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 1 Packet Baking powder
  • 1 Packet Vanile sugar
  • 100 gram Flour
  • 1 Glass Cherries
  • 100 gram Food starch
  • 1 packet Glaze
  • 25 gram Cocoa powder
  1. First, beat the egg whites until frothy. Then add the sugar mixed with the baking powder and vanile sugar and beat. Now stir in the egg yolks. Then sprinkle the flour mixed with the cornstarch and cocoa powder over it with a sieve and fold in.
  2. Now put the mixture in the cake tin and bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down. Now cover with the cherries and sprinkle with cake glaze. Finished!!
