Fresh Strawberry Soil

The perfect fresh strawberry soil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 piece Egg
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Flour 550
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  1. Mix the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to a creamy mass. Gradually stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder and the milk.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased east cake pan.
  3. Then bake in the preheated electric oven at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the bottom cool down, cover with strawberries and cover with strawberry effusion.
