Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g banana(s), ripe, approx. 1 large or 2 small bananas
  • 100 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat content
  • 100 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat content
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (almond drink) or other milk
  • 1 tsp chocolate decoration (chocolate drops)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 3 hours 46 minutes

For the cream: Combine the banana, fish cheese, yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of the cocoa powder. Add sweetener. If you prefer a chunky texture, simply mash the banana; otherwise, puree the cream. Place in the freezer and stir every half hour to prevent crystallization. For the brownie: For the mug brownie, combine all remaining ingredients in a large mug to form a batter. Microwave on high for about one minute. Once the brownie has cooled, break it into pieces and mix it into the cream. After about 3-4 hours (depending on your preferred consistency), your Chocolate Fudge Brownie is ready. Nutritional values ​​for both servings: 50 g carbohydrates, 7.7 g fat, 21 g protein.
