Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g oat flakes
  • 100 g almonds
  • 80 g seeds, mixed (e.g. salad mix)
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g honey
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Heat the coconut oil first until it is liquid (clear). Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread evenly. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove, mix thoroughly, and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool (only then will it become crispy) and store in a container. This batch is enough for two people for a week.
