Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml ice cubes
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 70 g cocoa powder, instant like Nesquik etc.

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick, easy and purely plant-based

I prepare it in a high-speed blender. Add the cashews and cocoa powder (approximately 20% pure cocoa and 80% sugar) and blend briefly until smooth. If you don’t have instant cocoa powder, you can of course use pure cocoa powder, plus sugar for sweetening (or dates, honey, etc.). Then add the ice cubes and blend on high until the ice cream is ready.
