Cut the banana into pieces and freeze for at least 3 hours (preferably the day before). Blend the frozen fruit, banana, and milk until smooth. Divide between bowls and garnish with toppings as desired. I chose a mixed berry base, but any other frozen fruit will work, too. Just follow your personal taste. The toppings are also variable; I always love something with a crunch for a nice mouthfeel.
