Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s), frozen
  • 150 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 100 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp brittle
  • 50 g mango(s)
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 40 g blueberries
  • ¼ apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Cut the banana into pieces and freeze for at least 3 hours (preferably the day before). Blend the frozen fruit, banana, and milk until smooth. Divide between bowls and garnish with toppings as desired. I chose a mixed berry base, but any other frozen fruit will work, too. Just follow your personal taste. The toppings are also variable; I always love something with a crunch for a nice mouthfeel. The calorie information refers to this specific recipe (fruit + soy light + topping), so they will vary depending on your selection. 190 kcal per serving.
