Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 ml espresso
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml milk, cold
- 2 tbsp, heaped chocolate ice cream
- some cinnamon powder or cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Make an espresso and sweeten with sugar if desired. Pour the milk into a milk frother and froth it cold. Pour the chocolate ice cream into a glass and press it firmly into the bottom with a tablespoon. Then pour the frothed milk into the glass. Finally, pour the hot espresso over the rim of the glass. You can also use a teaspoon. Dust the chocolate iced coffee with cinnamon or cocoa and enjoy.
