Fries made from fresh potatoes in the Airfryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt (chip salt)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the raw potatoes, skin on, into thin strips (5-10 mm). Then place the potatoes in a sealable container, fill with water, and shake to rinse off the starch. Drain the water, pour the potatoes onto a kitchen towel, dry the container, and pat the potatoes dry. Return the potatoes to the container, add the seasonings and oil, and shake again. Then place the marinated potatoes in the air fryer basket and bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, shaking once or twice during the process.
