Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 chocolate kisses
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cake base (sponge cake)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the quark and lemon juice. Separate the marshmallows from the wafers. Stir the mixture into the quark. Whip the cream, fold it into the mixture, and stir. Spread it on the cake base and garnish with the wafers.
