Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 tbsp milk
- 3 tsp, levelled cocoa powder
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 200 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water, hot

enough for approx. 45 pieces
Whisk the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, and 5 tablespoons of milk until fluffy. Add the cocoa powder, the oat flakes mixed with the baking powder, and the remaining milk. Using 2 teaspoons, shape the mixture into oblong macaroons and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the water and immediately brush the macaroons with it. Tip: If desired, you can add a little lemon juice to the glaze.
