Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate, grated
- 250 g almond(s), unpeeled, ground
- 1 pack of wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and beat for another 10 minutes. Fold in the almonds and chocolate. Drop small mounds of batter onto the wafers and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
