Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 slice(s) puff pastry, square
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 10 tsp jam (strawberry)
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Also for vegetarians

Lay out the puff pastry squares and let them thaw for 10 minutes. Cut the feta cheese into 10 slices and place them on the puff pastry. Spread 1 teaspoon of jam on each. Brush the edges on one side with beaten egg and fold them together. Bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes.
