Chocolate Meringue Cracker

The perfect chocolate meringue cracker recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 Tl. Table vinegar
  • 80 Size Powdered sugar
  • 3 El. Ground hazelnuts
  • 100 Size Chocolate Krispies
  • 3 El. Mini bark chocolate dark chocolate
  1. Beat the egg whites with the vinegar and a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the icing sugar spoon by spoon and mix until the protein mass is shiny and strings.
  2. Mix the chocolate krispies with the mini bark chocolate and the ground hazelnuts and add to the protein mixture. Carefully fold in everything with a spatula.
  3. Place on a baking sheet of parchment paper and cut off small heaps with two teaspoons and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven, fan-assisted 120 degrees, bake for 90 minutes, clamping a wooden spoon between the oven door. Then let cool down completely. Tastes great with coffee.
