Chocolate Meringue Cracker
The perfect chocolate meringue cracker recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Protein
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 Tl. Table vinegar
- 80 Size Powdered sugar
- 3 El. Ground hazelnuts
- 100 Size Chocolate Krispies
- 3 El. Mini bark chocolate dark chocolate
- Beat the egg whites with the vinegar and a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the icing sugar spoon by spoon and mix until the protein mass is shiny and strings.
- Mix the chocolate krispies with the mini bark chocolate and the ground hazelnuts and add to the protein mixture. Carefully fold in everything with a spatula.
- Place on a baking sheet of parchment paper and cut off small heaps with two teaspoons and place on the baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven, fan-assisted 120 degrees, bake for 90 minutes, clamping a wooden spoon between the oven door. Then let cool down completely. Tastes great with coffee.
