Chocolate Coconut Meringue Biscuits
The perfect chocolate coconut meringue biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Egg whites
- 350 gr Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 gr Dark couverture
- 150 gr Coconut flakes
- Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, slowly add sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
- Using a piping bag or simply a teaspoon, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Takes 2 baking trays straight away, with the amount you need that too.
- Now bake at 100 degrees for about 80-90 minutes until they are completely dry.
- Shortly before the meringue biscuits are ready, you can melt the couverture in a water bath. After the biscuits have been baked, take them out of the oven, let them cool down briefly, cover with couverture and sprinkle with coconut.
- Let dry and the sugar sweet meringue biscuits are ready 🙂
