Meringue and Chocolate Parfait

The perfect meringue and chocolate parfait recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 g Chocolate crumble flakes
  • 100 g Meringue
  • 600 g Cream
  • Rum
  1. Beat the egg yolk and sugar until frothy and fold in with the whipped cream. Add the crumbled meringues (meringue) and stir. Now add the chocolate flakes and season the entire mixture with rum.
  2. Line a solid or silicone box shape with cling film and distribute the entire mixture. Smooth out the top. Put the parfait in the freezer for 8 hours.
  3. Fresh strawberries are suitable as a decoration. You can season this with a strawberry balsamic vinegar.
