Chocolate meringue on wafers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 140 g chocolate, grated
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Stir the powdered sugar into the stiffly beaten egg whites and beat in a double boiler until very stiff peaks form. Add the almond slivers and grated chocolate to the egg whites. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the wafers on top, and place small mounds of dough on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 100°C for 2 hours.
