Chocolate Meringue

The perfect chocolate meringue recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Chocolate meringue

  • 2 Egg white (leftover from baking!)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate powder
  • 1 Piping bag with spout
  1. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the sugar (100 g) with the vanilla sugar (1 packet) and the chocolate powder (1 tbsp) and carefully fold everything into the beaten egg white. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and sprinkle small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then bake / let dry in the oven at 100 ° C for about 1 hour.
