Chocolate mishaps

Spread the love

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 175 g butter
  • 75 g flour
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the butter and eggs until smooth. Stir in the flour and powdered sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate coating. Grease a muffin tin well with butter (important!!) and divide the mixture evenly between the 12 cases. Place in the oven preheated to 250°C and bake for exactly 5.5 minutes (important!!) and remove from the oven immediately. (You can tell the Malheurs are done when they have just set on top – a light crust has formed). Wait a bit before removing the Malheurs from the tins. The highlight of this dessert recipe is that the Malheurs are not yet set on the inside, and the chocolate mixture flows out when pierced. Tastes good on its own, but also with vanilla ice cream and/or cinnamon apples.
