  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 dates
  • ½ avocado(s), fully ripe
  • some vanilla
  • some water

Vegan pudding

To prepare the chocolate mole, it’s important to choose a ripe avocado, as it’s easier to work with. Roughly chop the dates and scoop out the avocado flesh from the skin. Place all ingredients, except the water, in a blender and puree. You can also use a bowl and an immersion blender. Add the water a teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached, then stop adding more water. The chocolate mole is ready when everything forms a smooth mixture. Chocolate mole is a great recipe for vegans who like their sweet tooth. I discovered it myself when I was a vegetarian for a while and wanted to lose weight.
