Noodle, meat and vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bundles of tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 5 small pieces of meat, breaded (e.g. mini schnitzel, approx. 2 x 5 cm)
  • ¼ bag of Chinese vegetables (frozen)
  • some oil
  • 6 king prawns
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a very simple recipe with ingredients that you usually have at home

Thaw the vegetables. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water and fry the meat and shrimp in a pan. Add all ingredients to the wok and fry with a little oil. Season to taste and serve.
