Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 15 drops of Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Low-carb

Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh from the skin. Peel the banana. Blend all ingredients together with a hand blender. Spoon into dessert bowls and serve with almond slivers.
