Chocolate Mousse Mon Cherie
The perfect chocolate mousse mon cherie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Decoration
- 250 g Qimiq Whip Chocolate
- 50 ml Milk
- Cream
- Chocolate chips
Mon Cherie mass
- Let mon cherie melt gently in a pot on the stove – then let it cool a little but make sure that the mixture remains soft and does not stagnate – put some cherries for the decoration and put aside
QimiQ ground

Whip the ice-cold QimiQ whip chocolate vigorously with the mixer – finally mix in some cold milk – then fold in the mon cherie mixture well and then fill the cream into glasses – for at least 4 hours refrigerate.
Serve and decorate

Decorate with a dollop of cream, the mon cherie cherries and some chocolate chips.
- It is not a normal QimiQ classic but QimiQ WHIP (a cream product from QimiQ) ALTERNATIVE for all those who cannot get the QimiQ Schoko Whip: heat nutella or chocolate in cream and add a little gelatine !!
