Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 tbsp muesli
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 60 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp protein powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
for 10 bars
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and fold it into the mixture. The mixture should be very thick and chewy; if it’s too thick, add a little more muesli. Shape into bars of any size on a plate and refrigerate for a few hours to set. Let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes before eating to allow the chocolate to develop its full flavor.
