  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml coffee cream or condensed milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 bar of white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Muffins that are gone shortly after baking

Combine all the other ingredients except the white chocolate in a bowl and mix with a mixer until creamy. Then cut the white chocolate into small pieces and stir into the mixture. Fill a prepared muffin tin with the batter (it has a rather sticky, chewy consistency). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 15-20 minutes. Tips: You don’t always have to stick to the quantities exactly. You can also use regular milk instead of the coffee cream, for example; it works just as well. The recipe can also be modified as desired. You can add fruit instead of chocolate, omit the cocoa powder, or even glaze the muffins after baking.
