- 400 g flour

- 1 cup of sweet cream
- powdered sugar

The special thing is the liquid whipped cream that goes on top of the still-hot cake after baking! Make a batter from the base ingredients and spread it on a baking sheet. Knead the crumb topping ingredients together and spread it on the base. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Immediately after the cake comes out of the oven, pour a cup of sweet whipped cream onto it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
