Chocolate mug cake from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 small egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa, (drinking)
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mug. Quickly mix everything with a fork until no lumps remain in the batter. Place the mug in the microwave and set it at 800-900 watts for 2 minutes. Be careful not to overflow.
