Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- n. B. water
Instructions

Basic recipe
Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and eggs, first using the dough hook of a food processor and then by hand to make a smooth pasta dough. Add water as needed if the dough is too crumbly. Cover with cling film and let stand for about 15 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin and cut into thin strips using a pasta machine, a knife, or a pizza cutter. Boil the dough in boiling water with a pinch of sugar and let it stand for a few minutes until the pasta is firm. Drain and rinse with cold water.
