Chocolate noodles with peanut and cranberry cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (chocolate pasta)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 40 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 6 tbsp peanut oil
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 tsp wild cranberries
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Combine the peanuts, peanut oil, peanut butter, wild cranberries, and cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Heat the peanut sauce. Meanwhile, add the chocolate noodles and 2 teaspoons of sugar to 2 liters of boiling water and cook for about 4-8 minutes, depending on your taste. Serve the chocolate noodles with the peanut sauce.
