Secret recipe from a star chef! Very easy and quick! *TOP*

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection or top/bottom heat). Brush a standard deep baking tray or a sheet cake tin with oil and dust with flour. Melt the cooking chocolate and butter in a bowl over steam and mix thoroughly. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir the butter-chocolate mixture into the sugar-egg mixture. Finally, carefully fold the flour and nuts into the mixture, stirring gently. Pour the finished mixture into the baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C, then 15 minutes at 170°C, and another 5 minutes at 160°C. Depending on the model of your oven, let it rest in the oven for another 10 minutes. The brownie tastes particularly delicious warm, or if you heat it briefly in the microwave from cold.
