Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 cup flour, smooth
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups hazelnuts, ground
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mug cake

Clean the sour cream container, then use it to measure the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients, including the powdered sugar, thoroughly and pour into a greased loaf or bundt pan. Bake the cake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan, let it cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
