Ingredients for 25 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar, brown
- 1 egg(s)
- 170 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 90 g oat flakes
- 80 g hazelnuts, chopped or brittle
- 80 g chocolate decoration (drops)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. First, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add all the ingredients and knead into a fairly firm dough. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly. Bake for 10 minutes.
