Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g margarine or butter
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g double cream cheese
- 1 small egg(s)
- 75 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- some salt
- 1 sachet of orange peel flavoring
- 1 pack of chocolate drops, approx. 80 g
- Grease or baking paper for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the butter and sugar until fluffy, stir in the cream cheese, then add the egg. Beat well, then add the remaining ingredients one at a time to the bowl and mix. Using two wet teaspoons, drop small heaping spoons onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure the cookies are still spreadable. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes. Makes about 20 cookies.
