Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 240 g pear(s) – pomace (residue from juicing)
- 4 tsp, levelled cocoa powder (not drink powder)
- 1 pinch of vanilla, real ground
Instructions

Recipe for using pomace, no added sugar, vegan
Blend the pear pomace with the cocoa and vanilla until smooth. The pomace can be used on its own as a sweet spread and tastes delicious stirred into (soy) yogurt. Since the spread is made from raw pears, it should be consumed within 2-3 days and stored tightly sealed in the refrigerator. Note: Pomace is the residue left over from pressing juice. This recipe uses pear pomace.
