Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g banana(s) (net weight)
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g raisins, unsulfured
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp sesame oil, or another nut oil
Instructions

Sweet spread with no added sugar, vegan as it is dairy and egg-free
Blend the banana with the oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add the raisins and blend again. The raisins should still be visible. Finally, stir in the hazelnuts. It’s best to make the spread fresh and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days, tightly covered.
