  • 160 g flour
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g almond(s), grated
  • 125 g butter
  • 4 tbsp water (cold)
  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp water (cold)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from butter, flour, salt, almonds, and 4 tablespoons of water and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Then roll it out and place it in a greased tart or cake tin, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Top with peeled pear halves or quarters and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Melt 50g of butter with the chocolate. Once the tart is pre-baked, remove it from the oven, beat the egg and sugar until frothy, and carefully add the melted chocolate. Then stir in the water and flour (preferably sifted). Pour this mixture over the pears. The tart is then baked for 15 minutes. You can use whatever chocolate you like best for the tart. If it’s very sweet, you can add less sugar to the chocolate mixture.
