Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g berries, frozen mix
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag(s) of meringue(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Place the frozen berry mixture in a large bowl. Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar. Pour the cream over the berries and mix in. Finally, spread the finely whipped meringue on top (do not mix thoroughly). Refrigerate. Important: Prepare 3-4 hours in advance!
