Chocolate Philadelphia Nut Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 90 g margarine
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 175 g cream cheese (Philadelphia with Milka)
  • 50 g nuts of your choice (preferably macadamia) and/or white or dark chocolate

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 14 pieces

Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan-assisted). Whisk the sugar, margarine, and salt together with a hand mixer until fluffy. Then add the cream cheese, baking powder, and flour one at a time and mix in. Chop the nuts and/or chocolate and fold them into the batter. Drop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a tablespoon and bake for approximately 8-13 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them).
