Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 90 g margarine
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 175 g cream cheese (Philadelphia with Milka)
- 50 g nuts of your choice (preferably macadamia) and/or white or dark chocolate

makes about 14 pieces
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan-assisted). Whisk the sugar, margarine, and salt together with a hand mixer until fluffy. Then add the cream cheese, baking powder, and flour one at a time and mix in. Chop the nuts and/or chocolate and fold them into the batter. Drop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a tablespoon and bake for approximately 8-13 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them).
