very chocolatey

Melt the dark chocolate. Mix/knead the melted chocolate and all the remaining ingredients (except the powdered sugar) into a dough. Cover the dough and chill for at least 1 hour. Scoop out small portions of the dough and shape them into balls (2-3 cm in diameter). Roll the tops in powdered sugar. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. The cookies will still be quite soft, but they will dry quickly. Don’t overbake, or they’ll become rock hard later!
