Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tbsp, heaped polenta
- 3 tbsp milk chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grate the milk chocolate. Stir the cold polenta into the milk until all lumps are gone. Stir in the chocolate. Slowly bring to a boil while stirring, then let it swell for a few more minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.
