- 80 g dark chocolate

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Immerse the pretzels completely in it. Those handy with chopsticks can avoid the worst of the mess. Place the dipped pretzels on parchment paper and let them harden. If desired, you can decorate them with white chocolate stripes.
