Chocolate protein cakes with a soft center

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 40 g protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 100 ml water
  • e.g. chocolate chips or banana chips, …

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

high in protein, low in carb, healthy, no sugar

Mix the oats, water, and protein powder. A small clay mold is best; I always use the empty molds from the processed cheesecakes—the cakes turn out perfectly in them. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a tablespoon until a creamy consistency is reached. Now place chocolate drops, banana chips, or something similar in the center of the mixture and press them in lightly. Then bake in the oven at 100°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes. The cake is perfect when it’s already firm on top, but the center is still soft and creamy.
